Privacy Policy
Capilore is a financial education and storytelling website. This policy describes the information involved in its core website and community functions. It is an operational draft for review before public launch and should be updated if analytics, advertising or other integrations are enabled.
Information you provide
If you create an account or contribute to the forum, WordPress and the active membership/forum plugins may process the details you submit, such as your account identifier, email address, profile choices and the text of your posts. Do not upload personal account numbers, financial statements, identification documents, or confidential employer information to public discussions.
Financial interest personalization
Money DNA uses a simple interest-category choice and, only if you opt in, counts of finance topics viewed. Guest preferences are stored in this browser’s local storage. For a signed-in user, the site can synchronize those preferences with their WordPress account to maintain recommendations across devices. The system does not ask for or import bank balances, securities holdings, salaries, credit scores or health records. The Reset DNA control clears the preference. Browser storage can also be cleared in browser settings.
Technical data and security
As with typical hosted websites, the site and its security, hosting and caching systems may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and cookies to operate and protect the service. Exact retention and disclosure practices must be verified against the currently active providers before launch.
Newsletter and subscriptions
MailPoet is installed but public subscriptions and sending are not enabled until sender verification and consent flow review. If enabled later, subscription addresses will be processed to provide requested updates and unsubscribe controls.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress and plugins use technical cookies for sessions and account features. Site settings may add analytics or advertising only after corresponding privacy and consent notices are reviewed. The current Money DNA browser preference uses local storage rather than storing a bank-related profile.
Public contributions and third parties
Forum submissions intended for publication may be visible to others. Pages can link to third-party educational sources; their policies apply when you visit them. Users should not submit sensitive financial data in community posts or comments.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of account-related data as applicable. Verified contact details and any legally required local grievance contact will be added before the public launch. A general website form should not be used to share private financial records.
